(John 21:15-17)
Jesus asked, do you love me? If you do then...
-Feed my lamb.
-Take care of my sheep.
-Feed my sheep.
The reason we take care of our mentee is because we love God.
“People don’t care how much you know when they know how much you care.”
Touch the heart before u asked for the hand.
What every leader must know about people:
1.People are insecure, give them confidence.
2.People like to feel special, honor them.
3.People strive for the better, give them hope.
4.People need to be understood, listen to them.
5.People lack of direction, provide them guidance.
6.People are needy, speak to their needs.
7.People want to succeed, provide them help.
8.People feel emotionally low, give them encouragement.
9.People desire for a relationship, take good care of them.
10.People seek model to follow, be a good example to them.
We must serve them gladly, voluntarily, unconditionally, honestly, passionately, and with integrity.
Qualities to be a Productive and Effective Leader

3.Self-control
4.Perseverance
5.Godliness
6.Kindness
7.Love
A leader must be a servant, motivator, equipper, coach, and counselor.
