What God is telling me on this chapter? He wants me to know that he sets rules for us to follow each and everyday. God impresses to me that he knows what we are doing and what we are about to do because he is the God that knows all. We can't hide to God all the things we did in secret. But when we repented and stop doing wrong then ourselves has been crucified and died and renewed through Christ. In verse 4 "When Christ who isyour life,appears then you also will appear with him in glory." Meaning Christ will rescue us if we trully love him and stop doing earthly or worldy things. I also learned here that we really need to put ourselves on that cross and stop doing the things that God don't want us to do or the things that we are not allowed yet to do. By turning away from our sins we will become renewed through Christ.
God want me to believe that I am his chosen one, holy and very dear to him. Wow..God is so awesome despite of all the things that I have done he still choose me and love me dearly. Even we are bad or good he is always loved us. In return we should do the God's will to show our praise and honor to him.
I also learned here about submission, to a husband and an instruction to obey our parents. God teaches me to be honest and loving and being loyal to anyone and specially to our earthly bosses that everything we do let's do it with love and respect to them because it just like we are serving God.
My favorite verse: 17 "and whatever you do whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus,giving thanks to God the Father through him."
Yes in everything we do,we will give thanks to God and acknowledge how awesome he is in our life and let's be thankful for everything and anything.
